Back to University Lookbook!

For our Back to the University lookbook we decided to style three different looks to give a variety of options. Here are our choices!!

Look Number 1

Emily-

Emily is wearing a white floaty off shoulder top (H&M £5.99) , mom jeans (Top Shop £40) and white plimsolls (Primark £4).This is a more summery outfit that could be made more fall appropriate with a colourful bomber or leather jacket. The white shoes and the floaty top tie this outfit together nicely without making it too fancy or over the top.

Lisa-

Lisa is wearing black jeans (TopShop £20), a the who tour band t-shirt (merch stand £15), a light pink backpack (Accessorize £25) and old skool vans. This shows how a simple black outfit can still be stylish! The darkness of the outfit allows the writing on the t-shirt and baby pink bag to stand out. This outfit is easy to recreate in your own wardrobe as everyone has a pair of staple black jeans!

Ashleigh-

Ashleigh is wearing a black jumper (Primark £15), a lilac pinafore (New Look £19.99) and platform old skool vans. This outfit is a mixture of baggy from the jumpers sleeves to the A-line skirt of the pinafore. This makes it comfortable whilst being figure flattering at the and time.

Look Number 2

Emily-

Emily is wearing a grey cropped jumper (H&M £10), black jeans (Primark £7) and red converse. this is a very relaxed outfit for going to uni but it's at least very comfy. The grey top and black bottoms make this outfit more monochrome but the cropped jumper makes it more stylish and the red converse add a pop of colour to the outfit.

Lisa-

Lisa is wearing a black and white stripped jumper (Forever 21 £6.99), a blush pink pinafore (Primark £6), black tights and old skool vans. We picked this outfit as we loved the mix of colours and prints that this outfit has. As we posted recently, millennial pink is very in right now so we thought this outfit also fits into this trend.

Ashleigh-

Ashleigh is wearing a black tshirt dress (TopShop £15), a light blue denim jacket (Vintage £20) and old skool vans. This is an extremely stylish but comfortable pairing vans up with a loose fitting black tshirt dress. This dress being black also makes this outfit easy to accessorise and wear with anything.

Look Number 3

Emily-

Emily is wearing a red and blue peter pan collared top (Debenhams £25), a navy blue pinafore (Debenhams £29) and red converse. This outfit goes very well as navy and red flow nicely together. Though it is sleeveless, it could be worn with a red cardigan or jacket to keep you warm when it starts to get colder.

Lisa-

Lisa is wearing ripped mom jeans (Stradivarius £9.99), a stripped bodysuit (H&M £5.99), a blue speckled cardigan (Primark £10) and old skool vans. Again, the appeal of this outfit was its element of comfort. You've got a tight fitting bodysuit with looose mom jeans and a loose fitting cardigan playing around with shape on the body and creating a cute, comfy and flattering outfit.

Ashleigh-

Ashleigh is wearing a black denim skirt (Primark £8), a white top (Tommy Hilfiger £19.99), fishnets and a khaki green and black shearling jacket (TopShop £90). We put this outfit together for many reasons. The first reason was because we were aware that fishnets and denim skirts have been a popular go-to style on the high street in recent months. The second reason we put this outfit together this way was the mix of layers. In the U.K. The weather can be so predictable and starting to get very cold at this time of year therefore we balanced wearing a skirt with fishnets with a nice cosy jacket on top.

(All photos were in Paisley town centre and as we are based in Paisley, we are passionate about, and fully back, Paisley's bid for city of culture in 2021. #Paisley2021)
